SMS Terms

Program

I Know A Guy HVAC offers a customer care text line at (801) 658-4681. Texts cover service requests, scheduling, appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates, invoices, and answers to your questions about your service. Some replies may be handled by our automated assistant with our staff overseeing the conversation. We do not send marketing texts on this line.

How you opt in

You opt in by texting us first at (801) 658-4681. By sending us a text, you agree to receive text messages from I Know A Guy HVAC related to your request and service. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can always call us at (385) 455-4700 instead.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and scheduled service. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation and then no further messages unless you text us again.
